Uzor is a meta-Leader with over Eighteen (18) years of experience in Business and Product Development, Business Process Re-engineering, Operational Planning and Quality Management in Medium to large-sized companies. She designed and deployed the framework for Nigeria’s first fully integrated health information management solution – Smarthealth. Uzor brings her business acumen and expertise to support Business Development actively, establishing new partnerships and guiding clients in making informed decisions. She currently has projects with numerous government agencies, establishing sustainable healthcare solutions with appropriate financing models, especially in Primary Healthcare. She is a member of the Health Information & Management Systems Society, Association of International Product Marketing and Management and International Health Economics Association.

Uzor has a certificate from Harvard University in Leading in Healthcare Systems. She has a Master’s in Health Economics and Management from the University of Sheffield, UK and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the esteemed University of Lagos, Nigeria. She is CPHIMS certified, a certified Product Manager and is currently conducting her DBA at Hult International Business School. Uzor honed vision and can link and leverage people and resources to achieve shared goals.

Zainab is a disciplined professional with over Nineteen (19) years’ experience in the Oil & Gas, ICT, Financial and Professional Services Sectors. She has worked in the capacity of Business Analysis, Process Analysis and Management, Performance Management, General Management, Strategy Execution and various other positions of responsibility.

She has focused on Strategy, Systems & Process Management and Business Analysis in the last 4 years and has received training and mentorship from PwC professionals and the Professional Excellence Network. She has earned Yellow and Green Belt Certifications in Lean Six Sigma for 18 months and is Black Belt Trained. With this, she has successfully designed sustainable structures in the Healthcare sector (Public & Private) and various SMEs.

Zainab graduated in 2003 with a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from University College, London (UCL). She has attended several courses and conferences to enhance her Business Management competency, including the Kellogg’s School of Management Executive Operations Experience and the Senior Management Programme at the Lagos Business School. She will be taking on an Executive MBA at the Quantic Business School as part of her drive for self-development. Zainab specialises in problem-solving through a myriad of competences to ensure that vision is delivered through deploying SMART1 approaches.

Lola fondly called “The Fixer” is a seasoned Business Operations Professional with over a decade of experience in Product Management, Data Analysis, Product Strategy, Business Operations and Value-realization, primarily in the Financial Technology (FinTech) industry.

She provides Product Strategy, Business Analysis, Project Management, Data Analysis, Strategic Technology Business Advisory, Business Operations and People Management services across various sectors. She has worked with and consulted for reputable organisations such as Interswitch Group, Berrywood Capital, Lipa Later, Platform Capital, Kadavra BDC and Advansio Interactive, where she was the COO.

Lola holds a double major degree (Business Management with Specialisation in Informatics) from the University of South Africa as well as professional certifications in Payment Technology, Product Management, Data Analysis, SAFe, and Lean Six Sigma.

She has developed, honed and acquired the skills and network necessary to move multi-million dollar, cross-border projects from conceptualization, through design, to full implementation, while ensuring that all stages within the process are executed flawlessly.
